Design process can easily said as a perspective. There may be numerous processes for various organisations but I truly believe each designer should have their own process/journey and adapt. While whatever label you call it with, the essence should remain the same for every product…
– User driven
– Business focused
– Customer centred
A design process is a natural yet logical scheme of things that keeps the user at the centre always, while travelling along with the business, customers and market considerations, with an eventual goal to solve wicked problems.
While I adapt what suits to a product/project, this is my take on the process.
